After designing and building a beautiful modern home, Erin & Richard made the decision to move to Australia and rent their home out. Time, and tenants, were not kind to the presentation of the property. The decking surrounding the property was weathered and covered in black mould. The interior paint work was ruined, a vanity unit in the bathroom had been destroyed, some double glazing had fogged up, the garage door had rusted, and the garden was a mess.
